Hi ,

Does this occur in a blank project with no additional content or is it limited to one project?

Are you using the Top Down Project template or a custom player character?

No, default works well. It’s works even when i attach my level via Level streaming (always loaded option on), but every time i try put ‘Player Start’ not on BSP Brush, character and camera freeze. I do additional tests for BP and even character is freezes the BP works well.

Hi ,

Do you have a navmesh in the level around your landscape? If you are using the top down BP you need to have a navmesh in the level for movement. Please note that there is a known issue currently in which resizing the navmesh using the scale widget may cause the editor to crash. It is safer to manually add the x,y,z values in the details pane.

Well i use Mannequin and had two tries. I export him from Top Down BP clean project template and re-import to my project, and i export him from 3th person camera template and re-import to my template again. In both ways I achieve the same strange problem. I use ‘export’ for character, animations the blend space 1D i had to do myself.

Thank You ,
I will try do everything the same and i will add the navmesh but, navmesh provide flat area that mean i have to walk-around my hilly landscape?

You should be able to cover most surfaces with the navmesh, depending on the steepness of the angle there may be certain areas that cannot be traversed but in general as long as you have the navmesh bounds around it you should be able to walk on it.

Thank You , Solved!
I have add NavMeshBoundsVolume and PrecomputedVisibilityVolume and it start works. You are very helpful. Greetings!
