my save doesnt load in a packaged build

So im using Unreal Engine 4.27 and my save system works great in editors but then for some reason it doesnt work in packaged build i can see that its creating a save file but its not i think loading it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Make sure to use the async node and the pin completed is connected too

I have still doesn’t work.

usually if something works in editor and not in game its a load order issue.

for instance in editor ActorA may load before ActorB and then in game ActorB may load before ActorA. in short be careful using BeginPlay because you dont always know when it fires.

otherwise you could be saving ‘UObjects’ that are valid in editor but not in game.

its hard to say more without knowing how your system works.

This is how my save and load system works all of this is done in the gamemode

you’d just need to validate your references, for instance what is and what sets AsNewBlueprint3? if that fails you’d currently never know

I decided to switch to a different kind of save system i might come back and try and solve this but currently i found a better way.
