My Product went missing

I am in the process of developing a game to be uploaded on the Epic Games Store. After having paid the $100 submission fee, I logged in a few days later to finalize my store page and prepare for uploading the game. Upon logging into the Epic Games Developer Portal, I was prompted to create an organization. Seeking assistance, I contacted Epic Games support, and they advised me to proceed with the given prompts. Despite having an existing organization and a product ready for publishing, I proceeded to create a new organization. To my surprise, upon doing so, I discovered that all my products were missing, and it seemed as if my account had just been created. I am reaching out for help as I need to prepare for my game’s review process promptly

I would advise assuring you’re logging in with the correct account. If you’re not entirely positive as to which email your account was set up with you’ll need to reach out to customer support for assistance with account recovery.
