My posts now require a moderator to check them before they are shown?

Hey peoples.
I just made a post in the blueprint section and it sent me to a page saying this:

I then got redirected back to the blueprint section of the forums.

Is this a new thing?

I haven’t posted in a week or so things might have changed but I have never had to have my posts checked before they went public.
