my packed shipping project keeps getting blocked by the firewall warning

2018-06-23_18-46-53

I’ve searched all over the internet and forums and I still can’t get the firewall to allow my project to be uploaded to other computers, people are afraid to click “run anyway”

I’ve already disabled all plugins related to online and used “Process Explorer” to check if the project creates an internet connection and it doesn’t.

Now I need to send a demo to itch.io and I wonder if this will happen to everyone who tries it.

If anyone has a solution, please let me know.

Greetings @oMendesz

Welcome back to the Unreal Engine Forums. I was taking a look into this as I’ve saw people have to submit the products to Microsoft to have them write in exceptions for programs. But, that’s generally very large developers. What type of project is it?

hi frosty, is a 30 minute gameplay demo with a 2.5 GB file size

I see. Are there any files in it you’ve downloaded or included in the product? (Or anything from Microsoft/Windows in the files? I’ve saw files from Windows being included as part of projects to ensure they run. Things like runtimes etc. Those can cause that too)
