According to what I quickly researched:
1 - Update the Video Card Drivers.
2 - Check the DirectX.
3 - Try to use in compatibility mode with other versions of Windows.
4 - Check the graphics settings of the Game. Look in the Game installation folder.

hi thanks for this. i managed to fix it by adding this script “r.D3D11.UseAllowTearing=0” at the DefaultEngine.ini
not sure if it’s the right fix but it does the job…
