“I’ve been waiting for a payment for 2 months. I contacted support on April 15th and they told me my situation was forwarded to the finance department, but I haven’t received any response for a week. If the issue is on my side, you should have informed me — there was no need to keep me waiting for 2 months. Even though I reached out to support, I still haven’t received a clear answer. They just keep stalling me. Can you please tell me what exactly the issue is? If it’s something I need to fix, I will. If not, then why am I still being delayed?”
