i went to move my house down and snap it to the ground’s surface using the Move With Collision tool. when i went to drag it down, my entire model started exploding into individual elements. the Undo tool ignores this action and skips over it undoing things i did before it exploded. i can’t find anything online on how to explode it in the first place, much less how to un-explode it.
Activating the collision generates a physic simulation used to drop individual elements. It is not the best approach for your use case.

Concerning undo:
If the undo is not working, it may be because your undo stack has been emptied (after a save or autosave, for example). To have your elements back, go to the import panel, select the thumbnail, and click the small update arrow icon to reimport. -
For the placement on the ground:
Then, the best approach is to select the folder containing your model and use the central yellow sphere of the helper to drag it on the ground.
Hi, thanks for your reply!
I hadn’t saved yet so i’m not sure why it cleared (the first thing i did was hit undo and then panic when it didn’t). If i “reimport” with the update button, will this clear all of the edits i have made to materials and such since initially importing? when i originally imported the model from revit, everything came in as orange and red and i had to adjust every material to twinmotion materials after. I had just finished when it exploded. If possible, i would like to not lose all of that progress.
