My mesh is acting strangely

Im having a great deal of trouble with a model im working with:

While in blender, it works just fine, the weight painting seems to be offf whenever i import it into UE and it my only game model that does this (The skeleton also seems to be missing the tail section even though its used in blender)

Don’t worry, this is a usual result between Blender and Unreal. They tend to clash with each other in different scenarios. Considering you are using the same skeletion through the process, all parameters should have transfered with the correct values. You can run a quick test with AutoRig in UE, to see if the process re-balances the weights in the mesh.

If this is not the case, then something went wrong during migration. Please try reseting export/import settings in both UE and Blender, in order to rule out any conflicts between either configuration. After that, test importing your mesh again.
