Hey So I published a map yesterday and it got approved no problem. I made a minor change turning the trigger sound off and updating the leaderboard and when I pushed that version through it got denied for violating 1.15.3 Nudity & Sexually Suggestive Themes… Whhaaattt?? I have nothing of that nature in my map?? They didn’t say specifically what so I appealed it AND IT GOT UPHELD AND THE BANNED! Again they didn’t say what and didn’t give me the opportunity to fix anything even though I don’t know what would have caused this as it’s just an obstacle course. I am putting this out there asking for any help as to how I can get it un banned or at least get clarity as to what in the map caused this. Please anyone i put 200 hours into this.
Hi @Mr_Returnz!
I hope try to help with this.
I share with you two links, the Fortnite Island Creator Rules and another document with Principles Guidelines. The latter might be more useful than the former, as it is slightly more detailed and may give you a better idea of where you might be breaking a rule.
In the Guidelines section, point 2 talks about SEX. Make sure you don’t have any of the things mentioned in that point.
Think about each part of your map, characters that aren’t too bulky, in-game banners, some posters…
If you have checked everything and there is nothing related to this, I suggest contacting the Epic team through the “Contact Us” option they provide.
I hope I was able to help!
