My Map can't be Uploaded on Steam

Good Day,

I have a problem with my Bussimulator 18 Map.

The Problem is when I try to upload the mod in Steam Workshop there is an Error:

SteamCMD first creates the WorkshopItem and while uploading Steam deletes the Workshop Item so SteamCMD can’t find it and stops uploading it:

When I try again then because of the VDF file SteamCMD tries to update the plugin with an AppID that doesn’t exist because Steam Deleted it.

So what is the problem why SteamCMD can’t upload it ?

My Map is something about 90MB Big and should work.
