My level loads over my existing level

Every time i would load the next level by hitting the trigger button (in vr) to load it would load over the original level causing it to overlap. what would be the problem there

Yes, that will load another copy of the level. If you want to clear all previous levels, you either need to explicitly unload them, or use ‘open level’.

How would i unload them ?

would i have to create an event after wards unloading the previous level?

Strange though, have you setup level streaming?

Thanks for the help. unfortunately the level deleted itself so if you know how to restore data to previous versions i kinda got a problem there :frowning:

How did that happen?

I have no idea im new to unreal so i might of done something bad :confused:

There’s not much you can do. You might be able to find something in the Autosaves folder ( in the Save folder ). But apart from that, it’s a good idea to always keep a backup.
