My level editor has two black bars that says no level sequencer detected

Did you create a level sequence for cinematic or something?

That’s just the cinematic viewport that you’ve switched into - it works in conjunction with Sequencer mostly (has a mini timeline scrub region, etc). You can switch back to the regular viewport by clicking on the button where it says “Perspective” and change the Viewport Type back to “Default Viewport”.
