Hi Nguyen Nam,
I’m just going to post the answer from your other report here as well. I believe this is the root cause of your issue.
From your dxdiag, you only have an integrated graphics card that is Directx 10 compatible. You must have a Directx11 compatible card in order to run the Launcher/editor.
