Hello everyone,
I’m facing an issue with the Support-A-Creator program and I hope someone here has had a similar experience or can offer advice.
My creator code was canceled on 27/2/2025. After several attempts contacting support, I was told I could reapply on 27/5/2025.
At that time, I was asked to just add a new social media account, but unfortunately, I had a technical problem because the code was disabled on my side and I couldn’t complete the request.
Later, I was surprised to be told that I’m not eligible to apply or reapply, without any clear reason or explanation.
I have always complied with all the terms and have never received any warnings or violations.
I am currently going through difficult times as I’m supporting my father who suffers from paralysis, and this program is very important to me.
If anyone here has had a similar experience or knows how to resolve this, please share your experience or advice.
