Check if you have any other Devices that ovveride it.
Specifically the following devices take priority over IslandSettings
- Team Settings And Inventory Device
- Class Designer
- Player Movement Device
check if you have those in your island and if you do change them so wall kick, etc are also disabled. If it still doesn’t work make an empty island and copy the island settings to it, and see if the issue Also happens there, if that is the case I’d recommend creating a bug report
