I live in the US and all fortnite creeative got verified really quick that last step for me was hyperwallet. On the website is says it takes up to 2 days to verify at max. Its been 14 days and nothing has happened not only that every time I email or chat to support they tell me that it is delayed which I already know. So I really hope to get my issue fixed and also get a actual response as my experience so far with epic support has been terrible. Ticket#2025021410034413

A similar happened to me, and I am UK-based. The emails were getting sent to the spam folder, and incorrect filing in the Tax form resulted in infinite delay.
Have you followed the directions in
Set up your Tax Profile and Hyperwallet account - Creator Programs Support
The first time around failed to read, being a developer who RTFM 
if you are an indie dev then you must enter your personal tax number, this is country specific
not the number of the sub-contract shell company
Sadly you might have to wait the 30 days and start again if you cannot find the error.
You only have 3 days for tax information after that the Tax Amendment locks.
This is NOT Epic fault but a IRS/HMRC tax control.

You have probably like me first time failed to
Provide Electronic Consent: We will ask you to consent for electronic signature. If you
do not provide it, you will be required to print and mail in your form to us.
Thats why you wont get an email with your Tax Profile set up as in
Set up your Tax interview
Since my tax is NON-US this is impossible to send by surface mail to US (seven weeks)
Because my Tax Interview was still open for amendment, changed to Provide Electronic Consent to YES.
The only way around this is to start a new application and make sure all Epic Email addresses are in your Address book so they don’t get sent to Junk/Spam box
Being UK/HRMC cannot help with US Declaration forms
