I have hundreds of games that I cannot access. I have 4 years of development in a project that I cannot access and thousands of dollars worth of assets that I cannot access. This has been an ongoing issue for well over a year! The launcher lets me log in, I can see my game library! ALL UNAVAILABLE!!! I can see my asset library. NOTHING WILL INSTALL! I am SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS THAT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! Other than to just give up and not waste another penny with this broken system! I have contacted support MULTIPLE times and over several months! NOTHING HAS EVER CHANGED! I cannot access what I paid for! FED UP!

I assume you’ve unisntalled and reinstalled the launcher?
What have you tried and what happens? Any errors or messages? Any antivirus? Windows? The more details the better. There should be enough nerds around here to resolve this.
