My game is black screen

This is my first game in unreal engine 5 it is base on third person template of unreal engine.
And after shipping(compiling in windows10) the game. Then I launch Game.exe and the game is just black/blank. Why?

My game is like this too, i tested two different projects, my principal project and the FPS template.

FPS Template dont have this glitch, but my Project have.
I Think it’s a time to load shaders.
