Hi everyone,
I am the creator of the island “ONE shot Sniper Tilted Towers Chapter 3” (Island Code: 3513-0802-3086).
I recently published my new Halloween update, and the release (v13) was officially approved and marked as “Ready” in the Creator Portal. However, there is a major sync issue between the portal and the live servers:
- The Problem: When players (and myself) enter the standard island code in-game, it still forcefully routes everyone to the old Version 12 instead of the newly approved v13.
- Status: In my Creator Dashboard, the release clearly shows as active and approved, but the live matchmaking pointer is stuck and hasn’t updated to the new build.
This is extremely frustrating as my community is trying to play the new seasonal content, but the automated system is blocking them from accessing it.
Could an Epic staff member or moderator please look into this and force a cache clear or re-sync for my island code?
