My Fortnite Developer Terms show as Accepted in Creator Portal, and I am the Owner of the team/project, but Publishing still says ‘Please sign the Fortnite Developer Terms to publish’ and the Create Release button is disabled.
i would like to have some help tho as i want to get to publishing!

That’s quite a bizarre scenario you got. Your terms look in order, and considering you are the owner of the team, you should be allowed to publish, specially considering all available roles.
Owner
Controls all team branding, branding profiles, and monetization. The owner can also assign team members, view projects and project links, create new project versions, edit project metadata, submit project metadata for moderation, transfer project ownership, and promote and demote admins. The owner is also the person who sets up the team, and will remain as owner unless they transfer ownership to another team member.
Administrator
Can view projects and project links, and can create new project versions, edit project metadata, submit project metadata for moderation, and promote and demote admins.
Publisher
Can publish and manage projects, view projects and project links, create new project versions, and submit project metadata for moderation.
Collaborator
Can view projects and project links, create new project versions, and edit project metadata.
However, if your team has additional members under the “Publisher” role, and said members have not accepted the terms, that could block the publishing process. So, I would start by ensuring that any other members of the team have fully accepted all terms.
If the issue persists even after all members have confirmed the terms, then I would suggest re-logging all involved accounts, and double-checking the terms page. At that point, if you are still unable to publish, you can reach the Epic assistant at https://www.epicgames.com/help/assistant and request to submit a ticket for your account’s situation.
