I am reaching out because I am experiencing a very abnormal and unfair situation with my Fortnite Creative map (5827-1582-1592).
For several days, a group of people has been intentionally and coordinately reporting my map in order to get it removed. I have video and audio proof of these people organizing these abusive reports.
My map contains absolutely no content related to sexuality, nudity, alcohol or any inappropriate content. It passes Epic Games’ automatic verification every time I publish it, which proves there is no real violation.
Here is what happened recently on the same version of my map:
- The map was removed. I contested and the sanction was lifted.
- Minutes later it was removed again. It came back online automatically without any explanation.
- Shortly after it was removed a 3rd time for the exact same reason.
The same version has been validated twice by Epic’s teams, which officially proves it contains no violation. It is completely incoherent that the same version validated twice gets removed a third time for the same reason.
A support agent already added a note on my account regarding this situation, but it has not been enough to protect my map.
I am kindly asking for a real and thorough human analysis of my situation. This is deeply unfair and abnormal. Epic Games should protect its creators against this type of organized abuse.
