My Fab Library Count is Displaying Incorrectly

Summary

My Fab library has 1,000+ assets, but the count on the left sidebar only shows a few dozen. All the thumbnails are still there when I browse. Is this a display bug? Please fix it

The team was able to identify this was caused by an intermittent issue.

A fix was deployed, but it may take a little while for it to propagate fully.
