my datasmith exporter in 3dsmax won't work even from ribbon

hello everyone’
so i had to unistall my 3dsmax2023 for some reasones and when i install it again I unistall datasmith and install that again to. now my export button in ribbon won’t work. does anyone had the same problem?

@Antoine_Guillo tells me that hitting a reset can sometimes work

Else what is your actual issue:

  • no ribbon/buttons at all
  • buttons are there but do not do anything when you click them?
