My Computer vs Unreal Engine

Hello guys,

I am sorry if i post this in the wrong thread, but I am going to build a Computer RIG for the purpose of using Unreal Engine 4. First, I want to ask if this components are good. Second, will this be still good if ever an Unreal Engine 5 comes out or a future version comes out?

Processor: i7 6700k Skylake 4.0ghz,
Graphic Card: Asus Strix 1070 8GB,
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VIII Hero Alpha,
Memory: 32GB Gskill Trident Z,
Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB SSD,

I am a Computer Programmer pursuing to be a successful game developer, I will be making a low poly 3D RPG/Simulation games mostly in PC and Mobile.

I wish that the computer I build, can last 3 to 5 years.

You will be fine for at least 3 years with that rig.

You will be good for a long time. I’m running it with an i5 with a maximus motherboard and a gtx 580, I think you should be fine. I actually even run it on my Laptop which only has a gtx630m. You will be able to run it for years to come. Cheers.
