My character is getting rowbacked when trys to walk

When I start running I’m getting telepored all over the place I think it is animnations bug.

your question lacks clarity but it sounds like your animation is meant for root motion. root motion basically means that the characters location is based on the animation. the default used for characters doees not use root motion, instead it uses animations that are stationary (in place).

if you insist on using the animation that you currently have then you will need to enable root motion in the animation asset. theres a ton of questions with answers as well as tutorials on the topic so i wont go into it here.
