Hi, I have made an, in my opinion, good and quality pack regarding stylized foliage, just a small pack but still a good one.
I have done everything according to marketplace guidelines, my assets are all organized, high quality and performance.
-I have great pictures as well for the marketplace and literally everything.
But it keeps getting declined literally a day after I submit it. Please can someone from Epic games staff leave an answer here and tell me exactly why and what do I have to do, or anything that is wrong so I KNOW FOR THE NEXT TIME, or to at least fix the issue with the current pack.
This is very frustrating and It’s really messed up that you get no explanation after just getting declined.
Hi all this happened to me a few days too. Similar situation, I seem to have followed all directions with (in my case) high quality material etc.
I too did not receive any email notice for being rejected. As advised by the user NilsonLima also I contacted the developers support. I am waiting for a response, so far I have not received a reply.
Hi Shounenn and VirtuaSN,
We checked our records, and we did send responses to both of your submissions. My guess is that our responses might be caught in a spam filter. Please doublecheck there.
Hello Josh,
i looked, but i dont see nothing email from unreal, no also in spam. Do you need another email for new try?
In generaly i riceved the Unreal or Epic games email as newsletter and so on.
Hi, i looked the seller page (in settings) i don’t see anything to make double-check email that is the same of the personal email
can you tell me better how to do it?
Thank you
i attached the image of the screen of the seller page that i see
Look under Settings, and then private information. If you still have an issue, please create a support ticket. In looking at your account, it does appear that your email matches what we have on record for your Epic account (which is different the support email shown in your screenshot).
Yes, it’s true, the two emails are different, as the epic subscription email was the personal email used years ago, the support email is the work email, regarding the materials we prepared for unreal engine. Is there a problem if they are different?
It is fine for you to have two different emails, but you should double check to make sure there’s no typo in your email address. For further help, please create a support ticket.
