My asset - Declined - I did not receive the email

Hi guys, please help me
Im trying to add my first asset in the unreal marketplace. But its the second time their declining my asset, I’m trying to understand the reason, Because all my assets in Unity store, CG trader etc. Working good. We want try in Unreal Marketplace also, but I didn’t even find a place how can i contact with agent who can help me

There is no such thing, I think. Unless you pay for support, but that’s only the engine, not marketplace.
