My articles of Incorporation are not accepted.

Summary

I am incorporated as an LLC in the State of Illinois. My trader verification keeps getting rejected. Its says it cannot be verified. Its is the articles of incorporation from the Illinois Secretary of State. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you resolve it?

Steps to Reproduce

I upload a pdf file when prompted of my article of incorporation.

Expected Result

The documentation should be approved. It from the IL Secretary of State.

Observed Result

I get a message telling me to retry the verification

Yeah, this happened to me as well, and I gave up trying to sell on here. I hope they fix it for you

I believe this is managed by a third party company, try to contact them from their support page https://support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport , they will most likely redirect you to the third party company.

Also make sure your business id is properly written, for me on paper it start with an I, but can be confused with 1 or L often.

I finally got mine accepted. I tried5 different documents. They ended up taking the CP575 Notice from the IRS. Its one of the forms you get with registering an EIN. I hope this helps anyone trying to get through this process!
