My app got reject by Apple because of crash on launch

Hello everyone
I just submit my app to the appstore but apple reject it because
We were unable to review your app as it crashed on launch. We have attached detailed crash logs to help troubleshoot this issue.

It say my app crash at com.metal.completionqueuedispatch.

Everything is made in blueprints.
I test this app many time with my iphone 6s and ipad pro and ít run fine, i dont know why apple keep say it crash on launch.

Anyone know this problem ? Please help me.

My solution is change Max mental shader standard to target in Project Setting, some build with mental 1.0 and 1.2 pass, and some still got reject. I still dont understand why, but it work quite randomly

dear gunmaster, I am having the same issues now with apple. I use ue4.20 and have received the metal.completionqueuedispatch threat error just like you. Do you have a final, absolut solution to this issue? Otherwise I will try Metal 1.2 (even though When Building with Metal 2.0 my first app was accepted): I really would not like to spam apple with my ever crashing apps (PS: after adking apple About more Information they told my that it works on many devices, my iPhone 8 and iPhone 6s for example BUT it crashed on iPadAir(which uses the firs 64 bit A7 processor, lowest supported Hardware)
