My aimoffsets are gone wonky

Hello, Im trying to add an aim offset to my player character, but I am not familiar with why my stupid mesh is all messed up.

How would you
-import the aimoffsets properly so they dun mess up,
-how do you hook the aim offset up, to the animation blueprint so it works correctly in game

Please don’t send me unreal engine documentation, I want an actual in depth answer on how to do it, not just how it works.
