I do not know what is happening with my Epic Account. Everyday I receive an email telling me that my Epic Account is being blocked for two hours due of multiple invalid login attemps. I recently changed my password for another safer but since that moment I am getting all of this emails.
The emails says that my account is blocked for two hours, but yesterday I had to wait 5 hours in order to log in again.
I remember that I changed the password after receiving a email from Epic telling me that my account was used in a different device. It seems like the new password is working but I do not know how to deal with the blocked account every day. Any help?
