My account was hijacked in 15.1.2024 and its 25.5.2024 now, i didnt notice that someone hacked into my account i realized just now. I contacted the support team multiple times but they wont help me recover my account back because they cant verify that im the owner even tho i gave them all my info and receipts and proof that i own it. Is there any Epic games employee that i can talk to? because the “start a live chat” option is always not available. I can log in into my account through Google but i just want that thief to get out my account and never touch it again.
