Overview

Unreal Dance Editor (UDE) is an all-in-one AI-powered music-to-dance suite. MVNT's Music-to-Dance AI analyzes your track, assembles MVNT-m3 Charisma/Wild motions, suggests cinematic camera cuts, and outputs a sequencer-ready performance—entirely inside Unreal Editor.

What You Can Create
  • EDM Pop/House-based K-Pop/Hip-hop performances

  • Dance scenes driven by ACTOR_M, Manny/Quinn, or Mixamo characters

Workflow
  1. Import your character (Mixamo FBX supported)

  2. Bring in your audio (WAV format)

  3. Run automatic music analysis (BPM, sections, signature, Manual Beat correction when needed)

  4. Generate choreography from the MVNT-m3 Charisma/Wild motion set

  5. Apply Auto Camera, then polish and render in Sequencer

Required Engine Plugins

This plugin requires the following built-in Unreal Engine plugins. These will be automatically enabled when you install Unreal Dance Editor:

  • EditorScriptingUtilities: Editor automation features

  • ControlRig: Character animation rigging and retargeting

  • LevelSequenceEditor: Dance sequence editing features

  • IKRig: Inverse kinematics retargeting between different character skeletons

All of these are standard Unreal Engine plugins included with the engine. No additional downloads are required.
