Are you using grooms? I think it’s likely an issue I’ve encountered before related to groom LODs.

im not sure the sample is using groom, but do you have any console command for groom to stop the crash?

Well, you could simply edit the COs and remove the grooms. Not really a solution to the crashes but at least you’ll know whether it’s the grooms that are causing the crashes or not.
