Hey there @Francoar2000! Welcome to the community! This forum is primarily dedicated to helping game developers diagnose issues for Unreal Engine directly, so you may not find many answers here. The errors shown below are impossible to parse without the source and symbols for the game itself. The only entity that could see the full callstack would be WB themselves, so I’d recommend submitting a support ticket on their end to have a better chance of solving the issue here.

Though if it is an account syncing issue, it could be related to firewall settings. Did you ever receive the Windows firewall message? If so you would have had to allow the game through, otherwise you may get issues connecting to their servers. Though I would expect it to failsafe and just sit at the login screen if that was the case.
