Position: GENERALIST 3D ARTIST

Location: Remote with possibility of Relocation to our Netherlands studio

Type: Full-Time Paid

We are looking to hire a Generalist 3D Artist to participate in the development of our games. The versatile 3d artist will be required to produce various game elements such as environments, characters, and props. The ideal candidate is autonomous and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail, and master semi-realistic & realistic art style.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver environments, props, characters, and textures of the game while respecting the game’s creative and technical constraints
  • Ensure proper level of detail of the assets
  • Optimize assets to meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with team leads on time estimates, priorities and planning
  • Respect deliverables, pipeline, naming conventions, folder structure, and project best practices
  • Troubleshoot to solve creative and technical problems

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional ability to create both organic and hard surface models
  • Proficiency with current 3d game workflows, from modeling to game ready product
  • Experience in 3d composition and scene creation using Unreal Engine 4
  • Strong knowledge of Composition, Color and Lightning theory.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback
  • Positive attitude and passionate about working on a team
  • At least 6 months of professional experience as a 3d artist
