I have multiple crash these last days include bluescren.
I can make Alignment more or less but when reconstruction is working, the soft crash.

It looks like a corrupted project for me. I would start from the scratch with a cleared cache.
If that won’t work, then there could be a problem with the alignment and used cameras. I see that some of the cameras has a quite long focal lengths. Is it as you used that or are those computed incorrectly? What will happen when you disable those cameras?

There, I’m finished. I deleted some photos that were too close to others.
I managed to produce the scan after multiple crashes during alignment and reconstruction.
I also think my crashes were partly due to the fact that I had to reinstall everything (Windows and software) recently after a serious Windows crash.
I’ve been using Reality Capture since 2017-2018. I’ve successfully performed hundreds or thousands of medium and large scans (up to 10,000-15,000 photos). I’ve taken millions of photos.
Out of necessity, I’ve always mixed different focal lengths. I know the rules for a perfect scan:
good lighting,
good depth of field,
well-textured subject.

But my environment doesn’t allow me to work in these perfect conditions. So I have to use techniques that aren’t recommended. All my scans have between 100 million and 900 million faces.
