Multiplayer rubber banding issue for movement

Hi all,
I am developing a game for experience in UE4. I currently have server - client for multiplayer, where one client will create a server and others will join. This is ran through steam, so it is using steams development ID.

While moving on any client, I am getting very bad rubber banding. The server is unaffected by this. Please let me know what I can do to help you solve this issue. I have posted a video, as well as the basic movement. Mind you, we all have excellent internet.
