Multiplayer; find when everyone is ready?

How to check everything before start the game? (Multiplayer)

This is my desperate attempt to check that everything has been loaded correctly. Check the pawn components have been instantiated successfully. [1] Check all players, their pawns, and the world. [2] So… I know this is not the correct way to do it. But I haven’t found another better way to do this. Can someone light the way? If you share your code it would be wonderful… A couple of screenshots would be enough. Thank you very much!!
