Multicast Streaming in UE4

Hi all,

First post… don’t really know if this is in the right place to post or not. I am wondering if there is a way to stream a live video into UE4 onto a texture-- i.e. multicast/unicast via RTSP? It doesn’t necessarily have to be live, it can be cached. I am just a tad lost where to start looking for video/multimedia streaming.

There’s an app called spout which might be able to help you. It can get textures in and out of the engine and route it to/from places - never tried it myself.
