In short:
Is there a way to enable live updates from multi user editing in play mode?
In long:
I have a test setup of 2 PCs in the same network and connect them both to a multi user session, using switchboard.
I know that if one of the PCs is the editor and the other PC is set up as an nDisplay device, the changes from the editor will be reflected live in the nDisplay device.
But I want to avoid nDisplay in this case if possible, since I don’t have any use for it other than that.
So I just set up 2 “Unreal Devices” in Switchboard and ideally want to be able to make changes on PC1 which are reflected live on PC2, while it’s in play mode.
