When I run multi-user editing with my friend, it does not make me the admin and I cannot create a session. Also is the problem that I’m on UE4 Ver 4.24?

Are you both on the same version and have the same copy of the files? I believe for Multi-User Editing to work it has to be the same version. I hope this helps!

It is 4.24.3 we are both on that version, we are also using hamachi, is that the problem?
I think being connected to the same VPN is also required, so that shouldn’t be the issue. Have you started the server yet through the Unreal Editor?

I don’t know if I have a specific solution for you, but it could be worth a try to make copies of the Unreal project and to try launching a new server.
