Multi-screen Game

Hello,
I’m working on a stragtegy game, and i wonder if it’s possible to add an option in my game to show in another screen a dashboard with all informations the user can found in popup inside the game.
If it’s possible I will be happy to add it to my game and I have a second question : Is it possible to choose the main screen and the second one, with like a dropdown ?
