Not sure if this has been asked before but is there a better way to line up terrain when using multiples like a hidden stitching or seaming tool i don’t know about? So if the two terrains come together on a mountain there would be no seam to cover up with rock assets. i have been able to get the seam very close but not completely exact.
Might be best to use a height map to generate your terrain–you could create your height map in a separate program and then split the rendered image up into pieces so that you could generate multiple terrains from it, they should then line up pretty closely.
thx I never thought of that its worth a try I guess I was just hoping there was an easier solution.
