MtehaHuman Groom Crash GPU UE5

hello guys i want to use a metahuman character for a cinematic sequence i am working on ue 5.0.1 but activating groom (hair) crash gpu or editor most of the time… i have a 3090 so the gpu is fine… any help?

I am having the exact same issue with Unreal 5.1, using an RTX2070 Super.

This issue just came out of the blue for no apparent reason.

I never had such an issue with Unreal 4.27 and Raytracing, nor with unreal 5.01 and Lumen.

Hi, it could happen because of many things. Do you have a crash log/report by any chance ?

did you find a solution?
