Could someone please help me get past this? I unistalled and reinstalled visual studio but I can’t get past this error to build my project. What do I do?

We would need more details for this scenario, like checking the full error log, or if there’s a full trace of the build, to pinpoint where the conflict is in the process. Also, how does your setup look like, what version of UE and VS are you using, etc..
Considering the error itself, type MSB4018, there was one thread with a very similar crash, that found a solution via clearing up their BuildConfiguration.xml config file, and allowing the project to re-generate it.
