MRQ Bloom & DOF not rendering

Hi, I’m in 5.1, and rendering basically a neon star structure with sequencer and movie render queue.

It renders perfectly with path tracing. It looks perfect in the view port with Lit Lumen as well.

But rendering the Lit Lumen scene through the movie render queue doesn’t render the bloom or depth of field. (But perfect when rendering with path tracer).

Any thoughts what it might be? Is it something obvious I’m doing wrong or a bug?
