So I’ve created a game and I’ve uploaded some builds into steamworks, I gave my friend a key to playtest the game for any bugs and the first thing I was told was that his death screen and a computer screen are both black when there should be MP4 files there. I also experienced this so I sent an update out which changed the codecs for the files from HEVC to H.264 which worked for me but not my friend. Does anyone know what the issue is and how to solve it?
