私はMarketPlaceで出品済の日本のクリエーターです。
顔写真と住所が記載された運転免許証と個人番号カードで認証しようと試みましたが両方とも「サポートされていないドキュメント」として判断されてそのフェーズをクリアできませんでした。他に同様の問題を抱えるクリエーターを見つけられないのでこれは私だけの問題でしょうか。
I am a Japanese creator who has already listed on MarketPlace.
I have tried to authenticate with a driver’s license and a personal number card with photo and address, but both were treated as “unsupported documents” and could not be cleared. I can’t find any other creators with similar problems, so is this just me?

FABにアクセスして、個人情報を記入していき取引者認証フェーズで問題が発生します。
身分証明カードの表裏と顔の画像を送る。
Expected Result
身分証明すること。
Observed Result
”Please use another identity document”と表示されて失敗します。
私は他に証明できる書類を持っていなくて困っています。
